Hello to all,

Today i tried to upgrade my routers to the latest version (r57200)and made a mistake and flashed my c7 with the 1043 firmware. Now c7 doesn't boot, i am running Linux on my pc.

What can i do to save it?

Thanks in advance.

See: https://wiki.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/TP_Link_Archer_C7

Use TFTP to see if you can flash a new build

I would first go back to stock firmware so try to flash stock firmware.

Hello to all again,

I managed to flash the stock firmware with tftp (It's alive ... It's alive! ) Very Happy Very Happy

Next steps are to flash factory to dd wrt bin - reset and then flash the upgade bin?

Thanks to all!

Thank you very much,

One last question, do i have to flash the factory to dd wrt first and then the upgrade bin or the factory to dd wrt bin is enough?

Usually the factory-to-ddwrt file is enough, check the file size if they are roughly equal you should be good, sometimes the first flash needs a much smaller file without some functionality.
