Hello
I succeeded to flash my DLINK DIR 878 a1 (previously bricked) with the build r56721 of 08/06/24 from factory firmware using the emergency flash operation, first factory-to-ddwrt and then dlink-dir-a1-webflash. Note this was possible only with the Windows 10 web browser and not with (recent) linux firefox or other browsers nor curl (this is a known problem).

Once started and configured for the web routing and for the wifi, everything seems to go ok, just the green lights for wifi are dark whereas wifi works ok.
I saw this occured somewhere else. Is this a bug or a configuration error ? A reset does not change anything.

There is no reason to double-tap this router with the same version webflash.bin.

LEDs are cosmetic, likely no GPIO or other information supplied to developer to fix.
