Mode/Status: Wireless router
Issues/Errors: None

Router/Version: Netgear R7800
Previous/Reset: r56490
Mode/Status: WAP
Issues/Errors: jffs won't mount -- hasn't worked since r56490. Rolled back to r56490.

UPDATE:
With habeIchVergessen's fix, /jffs will mount now, so I'm back running r56941 on my R7800.

I'm trying to bring up a Dynalink DL-WRX36 on this build. So far, basic stuff seems to work with a huge exception: no wifi signals are broadcast, there is no Wireless tab in the GUI or Wireless subtab under Status or Wireless section in Status/SysInfo. The syslog, which otherwise seems pretty normal, has zero occurrences of wlan0 or wlan1 mentioned. There are no hostapd processes running. In fact, the files /tmp/wlan[01]_hostap.conf that they use are missing. The usual nvram variables wlan[01]_* are there in abundance though, and in particular _mode=ap for each. The router is in gateway mode as secondary router in a dual-NAT configuration (distinct subnets of course).

This is all being chronicled over at https://forum.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=1302481, so pop over there for additional developments as and if they occur. No hurry, because at the moment it's a dead end. I will try flashing any new builds that occur from this point forward.

Router/Version: TP-Link TL-WR841ND v11
Update method: WebUpgrade
File/Kernel: tl-wr841nd-webflash.bin_r56941 / Linux 3.18.140-d6 #204790 Wed Jun 19 08:02:26 +07 2024 mips
Previous/Reset: r56820 / no
Mode/Status: AP wired and wireless / Up and running for 9:12 hours
Issues/Errors: Nothing significant

The fact is that the router connected to the Internet (to the Internet provider). And it reports an error, the orange WAN indicator flashes (the icon in the form of a planet). Internet is working, I just think it's a glitch

Thank you BS and gurus!
