Issues with latest releases and Apple HomePods

I'm having a weird issue with the latest two releases of DDWRT (Jan 8th & Jan 10th) and my (2) Apple HomePods. Both HomePods display the same behavior. If I update to any of the aforementioned releases, my HomePods refuse to connect to my 5GHz network. All of my other devices connect just fine. Also, when I revert back to the Jan 3rd release they immediately reconnect. I've tried restarting the router several times and have also restarted and even reset the HomePods and I can't get them to connect to those latest two releases. Anyone else seeing this issue? If so, how did you resolve? Thanks in advance for any tips.
