"30-30-30 will cure..." is not cure but, troubles...its not recommended at all, as it may brick your router...this was only for very old routers WRT54 long time ago...
make sure both modem and router are on different subnets...like modem 192.168.0.1 and DDWRT router 192.168.1.1... _________________ Atheros
