Recommended wifi settings for Quest 2 Link?

Hi all.

Its been a long time since I last visited! I had to pull out my old Netgear WNDR3700 router to see if connection was more stable than the Vodafone one I was given by ISP service recently. And yup, it most certainly was!

I'm wondering what the best settings for the wifi for PC-VR is, especially for Quest 2 Link?

I currently have it set for 5GHz only on a completely clear channel and the channel width set at 40MHz. Routers not new enough for 80Hz unfortunately! Sad

I get about 100Mbps real speeds (Quest reports 300Mps connected) with the odd dips here and there but no where near as bad as Vodafone one.

Are there any extra settings I should try in the Advanced dropdown to see if can mitigate the dips? I currently have the Tx Power set to 30dBm.

Appreciate any help.
