Hi to all
After flashing my Linksys AC6900 with DD-WRT v3.0-r44715 using CFE built by XVortex, my issue is that the AC wifi 5G speed is limited to 400Mbps! Before, I had 800+ Mbps! I tried resetting but no change! Is there any way to get the total throughput?

Welcome to the forum.

Your build is old and outdated, not saying that that is the problem but you should upgrade anyway.
Recent builds are 53XXX

See the forum guidelines with helpful pointers about how to research your router, where and what firmware to download, where and how to post and many other helpful tips:

*After* upgrading reset to defaults and put settings in manually never restore from a backup (to a different build that is)

Best wifi settings is a sticky (top most threads) in this forum

EA6900 install guide: https://forum.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=291230

Note you can see a PHY rate of 866 Mb/s (80 MHz 2 stream) under optimal circumstances but actual throughput is way less

Well darn it, I used the suggested settings and now I went from 400 down to 250 Laughing

Looks like it was the Fragmentation and RTS settings. Put them back to max and I was back to 400.

I just pulled out my own EA6900 and from My Samsung S20FE I connect at PHY rate of 866 Mb/s (as shown in my Android phone)
I measured throughput with magic iperf from phone to wired client with iperf3 (5 GHz, 80 MHz, no airtime fairness no CTS protection no beam forming) and measured iperf3 throughput of 550 Mb/s in line with the expectations.

Note I have optimal circumstances in my detached house with the router in the same room Smile
So the router (EA6900) is OK, the software (53332) is OK Smile

No, but my speed on my Pixel 7 Pro on 5GHz is capped around 400 Mbps. Maybe that's just my router's max? (AC68u) I wonder if that sticky is still up to date?

Then please post your question on a separate thread, see point 9 of the forum guidelines
