Hi and welcome to the forum..
to diagnose problem you need to provide lots of details..no details sound like my car i broken and doesn't move...
When you have a problems, you tell us what is your router model and current firmware running, current set up and other details about it...pic's can save a thousand words and you can cover the sensitive data.
See the forum guidelines with helpful pointers about how to research your router, where and what firmware to download, where and how to post and many other helpful tips:

last build is 52703

make sure qnap is connected, so set your wifi as it should--leaving it to default is bad idea
-use WPA2 aes 128 encryption, set your channel different from auto

The new router has assigned it a new IP, and often it doesn't show up at all on Qfinderpro. Trying to log on to qnap (qvr pro and other apps) with new ip is unsuccessful.
Any ideas? I'm using Windows 10. |
Are they using the same IP address? Each device should have an unique IP address.
Are both the QNAP and the DD-WRT in the same subnet (netmask)?
Did you turn off DHCP function of QNAP? There should be only one DHCP server for an IP address range. _________________ Router: Asus RT-N18U (rev. A1)
