File/Kernel: Linux 4.4.302-st38 #9309 SMP Thu May 11 07:46:43 +06 2023 armv7l
Previous/Reset: r47925[/b]
Mode/Status: 1X Router, 1X AP. Up 6+ hours
Issues/Errors: AP had to be power cycled, no issues since
Used easyddup to finally upgrade from r47925 directly to latest r52485. No reset.
AP was upgraded first, and initially it could not be accessed either by webgui nor ssh, and pings said host not found. However, wireless clients connected and had internet access. Very weird. After power cycling, it could be accessed normally with no further issues. Router upgrade was uneventful and didn't require power cycling.
I noticed the Switch Configuration page has changed. I do not have VLANs configured, but I liked being able to see the active ports and negotiated link rates on old builds. Now, VLAN can be temporary enabled without saving to glimpse at the port statuses.
Still noticing the occasional bug in Bandwidth monitoring where LAN (eth0) spikes to impossible values >10Gbps.
Router: Asus RT-N66U
firmware: broadcom K3X mega for RT-N66U, r52485
uptime: a few minutes with no issues
status: no change, internet fine but WAN IP still 0.0.0.0 and IP's on my network still from my WAN router 192.168.188.1 (with 188.x) instead of 192.168.1.x from my 192.168.1.1 router
Please post screenshots of applicable configuration items (Setup -> Basic Setup, Setup -> Advanced Routing, Setup -> Switch Config, Setup -> Networking, to start). Something seems very amiss somewhere in your configuration, or you may need to do a hard reset and start over from scratch. _________________ "The woods are lovely, dark and deep,

Previous/Reset: 52369 / no
Mode/Status: Gateway / Up and running for 12:42 hours
Issues/Errors: Nothing significant
As always, the Quantenna chip has its own characteristics.
Can't set channel. You can't disable 5.0 GHz either.
Even through the schedule menu.
Errors in wireless RX packets.
The fact is that the router is connected to the Internet (to the Internet provider). And it reports an error, the red WAN indicator flashes (the icon in the form of a planet). The internet works, I just think it's a glitch.

webgui is dying sometimes, and wifi clients are disconnecting/reconnecting unlike long solid uptimes on older builds.
The syslog in two different R7000 units had many of these lines: "[httpd] : maybe died, we need to re-exec it " I had to start hddpd myself through ssh to restore the webgui.
As for wifi disconnection/reconnections, I'm seeing journalctl messages in at least one of my computers mentioning deauthentication with reason 16, much like in this thread: https://forum.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=332497
