Username/password with R47942 v3.0 mini

Hi there.
With a wrt300N V1 I upgraded firmware with DD-wrt v3.0- r47942 mini (12/30/21) (filename: dd-wrt.v24_mini_wrt300n.bin).
Using a windows10 notebook with Chrome v112.0.5615.138 I’ve been accessing 192.168.1.1 screen nicely (I received DD-wrt.com control panel screen). When I click administration or wireless tab, I received a username and password popup. I tried root / admin and the list of all username / password list in https://www.192-168-1-1-ip.co/router/linksys/dd-wrt-v3/10236/ but NO success. I am not able to login even once.
Should I downgrade or should I try a different username/password?
Please Help!!!

Did you change the username/password when you initially set it up? Default username is root and password is whatever you may have set it to.

Upgrading firmware will NOT change DD-WRT's admin account name and password, unless you chose to reset all settings. If you forgot, just do a factory reset using the reset button and start over again. This time, take note of the login screen, in which you can set your username and password, and write them down if needed. Smile

Thank you MWChang and Dale_Gribble39.
I had bought a new wrt300N and as soon it arrived here I download DD-WRT software.
I did 30/30/30 and reset to a factory configuration and then it works fine.
