Instructions:
https://forum.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Linksys_WRT610N_v2.0#E3000_Conversion

Link in step 3 is missing.

Anybody did this?
Somebody has the file?

Could somebody fix that wiki page?

Looks like an incomplete edit by "S2s2" Rolling Eyes

https://forum.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php?title=Linksys_WRT610N_v2.0&diff=54244&oldid=54243

Let me see if I can un-muck this sometime today, but while you wait, some further reading:

DD-WRT Forum Index -> Broadcom SoC based Hardware -> WRT610N V2 conversion to E3000 (stock firmware) -> Barryware

DD-WRT Forum Index -> Broadcom SoC based Hardware -> Change your 610n V2 into an E3000

DD-WRT Forum Index -> Broadcom SoC based Hardware -> Change your 610n V2 into an E3000 - Amended *SEE THIS THREAD*

Yet anther example of half-assed bullshit that does this forum and community no good. Those instructions were taken from the following article and a forum link that was NOT provided in the edit:

If anybody knows:

I currently run DD-WRT v3.0-r51976 (03/08/23) with my wrt610nv2.

Q1: What would be the benefits of changing it to e3000?

Q2: Is the procedure still the same with fresh mega3-fw already installed?
