Supported Devices Wiki updated to reflect 51855 as minimum usable build for TL-WR941Nv6-CN.

is there anything that can be done to enable Internet & WIFI LEDs, as they don't work on dd-wrt.
LAN ones are OK, & WPS one is also ON when connected to the Primary in station mode.

This is the flashdump from this device. Can anybody guide me I want to replace/upgrade my ROM IC to 8mb/16mb for additional packages installation etc.

I want to know the exact bootloader & ART (wireless mac etc) data to be copied. So I don't messup resulting in wifi loss. Or can I just copy paste the whole dump?

Code:

root@DD-WRT:~# cat /proc/mtd

There is already support for this device. Are you saying that the factory-to-ddwrt firmware image bricks these?

Hello everyone

I downloaded and tested this beta firmware version and it keeps rebooting just like wr941nd v6. I found that wr941n v6 Chinese version can work normally after installing WDR3500 v1 firmware, but there is no wireless option in the web management interface. If this problem can be solved, it would be perfect.

PS: The router flash has been replaced with 8MB or 16MB flash by me, and I have also written the corresponding art.bin.

Looks to be the same hardware in the previously posted pictures, and yes, the test image should work. Be sure you have a means of recovery known and available just in case anything goes awry. Hopefully, we can add this to the Officially Supported Devices Wiki soon enough.

hello,everybody

The firmware is flashed into the router, but it cannot automatically obtain an IP address through DHCP. Even if you manually set the IP address, you cannot access the router. However, the WDR3500 can be accessed, but it does not have wireless functionality.

Have you tried flashing the current release (52596 as of this post):

https://download1.dd-wrt.com/dd-wrtv2/downloads/betas/2023/05-18-2023-r52596/tplink_tl-wr941nv6-cn/

It's pointless to try testing with the WDR3500 firmware images. Also, consider resetting the router via webUI after upgrade, via reset button after upgrade, or via telnet after upgrade (nvram erase && reboot).

Delayed reply. This device is a blind port without device in developer's hand and cosmetics such as this are not a priority. If you can research and find the correct GPIO and other information for the developer to fix this, that would be great. Thanks for your understanding.
