If you have SFE (Shortcut Forwarding Engine on Setup page) enabled then as a test disable it.
SFE sometimes plays strange routing tricks.

I have it already disabled. Before nothing works. And setting MTU for
the complete router to 1412 does the trick.

No, this is a misunderstanding, I did not solve. The actions of my last post lead to the current state with the HTTP problem and RDP working.
Before these actions only the handshake occurs, nothing more.

I find the solution:

The entries

ListenPort = 51820
MTU = 1412

have to be removed from the Anndroid config file. Windows works without the entries, but with
them some things like RDP securing are much faster.

I am also now on R51530 and all is working.
