On 2 routers:
D-link DIR 825: v3.0-r51362 std
D-link DIR-825: v3.0-r46750 std

On Administration - Management - “JFFS2 Support” section don't exist
How enable jffs?

In version r37305 it was possible to enable.

I was trying to find a more recent thread or a ticket regarding jffs2 and this router, but jffs2 support was probably dropped due to issues:
