R8000 flashed and unreacheable

Hi,
Just flash my new R8000 (I've 3 others) with latest ddwrt 10-05-2022-r50357/netgear-r8000/factory-to-dd-wrt.chk.chk
Just upgrade before my 3 others with 10-05-2022-r50357/netgear-r8000/netgear-r8000-webflash.bin
For new flashed router, it seems to boot fine ( Power, 3 Wifi, Lan1, Wifo on/off, Wps led are on).
BUT when I connect my laptop no DHCP adress is given. If I try to force 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.1.0 in Windows settings I can't ping the router. So I can't connect to it with ethernet and I can't connect with Wifi because of the empty password (as WPS is not implemented ).
Is there a way to identify gateway IP ?

For wifi, try to connect to ssid ddwrt, and password is netgear default from router sticker... For eht ports you need one more reboot and it will work.
