Issues/Errors: I recently migrated to 500Mbts and just cant get it all using this and the previous FW.
I ran iperf3 -s on the router and iperf3.exe -c 192.168.1.1 -b1000M -P20 on my machine.
I am getting in avg:
[SUM] 0.00-10.00 sec 285 MBytes 239 Mbits/sec sender
[SUM] 0.00-10.00 sec 282 MBytes 237 Mbits/sec receiver
Network advises gigabit network. If I connect the modem directly to my PC, I can get the proper velocity.
Any ideas?
Running iperf on the router is not a good measurement of speed as the running of iperf itself is eating up CPU cycles.
My EA6900 does over 850 Mb/s WAN<>LAN throughput but you need CTF + FA enabled on Basic Setup page (you need a reboot for proper functioning and it only works if your WAN is automatic DHCP) _________________ Routers:Netgear R7000, R6400v1, R6400v2, EA6900 (XvortexCFE), E2000, E1200v1, WRT54GS v1.

SSH changed:
If you have trouble connecting with SSH then download the latest Putty and make sure under SSH/Host keys to move ed25519 to the top and untick "Prefer Algorithms for which a host key is known" or forget/delete the HOST keys
Router/Version: TP Link Archer C9 V3
File/Kernel: factory-to-ddwrt.bin
Previous/Reset: Stock / Factory reset prior to flash
Mode/Status: N/A / Boot loop after flashing
Issues/Errors: Boot loop after flashing
I flashed my stock Archer C9 with the latest TP-link firmware to:
/dd-wrtv2/downloads/betas/2022/11-28-2022-r50963/tplink_archer-c9v3/factory-to-ddwrt.bin
Now it doesn't start and seems to be stuck in a boot loop.

But the factory-to-ddwrt.bin might be missing some bits, so maybe your suggestion is to flash 33772 factory-to-ddwrt.bin first, then upgrade to current? _________________ "The woods are lovely, dark and deep,

Thanks. I'll try that if I'm successful in restoring the stock firmware through serial/tftp.
I said that I use my DIR-885L as a repeater and I noticed poor performance when compared to the stock firmware. With more time of use, I notice that it is worse than the Archer C7 V2 in both networks, using build r50963, before it still reached 122Mbps in 2.4GHz, now it is around 36Mbps and suffers reboots over time. The 5GHz network has the worst performance, it rarely reaches 200Mbps.
Since I'm new to this medium, I want to know why the performance with DD-WRT is bad. I tested several settings, the recommended ones, but none worked. Regarding the signal, it remains practically the same, I receive a signal throughout the house, but the performance is what saddens me.
One more thing, I know it's a high-performance processor and old technology, but it gets very hot, reaching 81°C. I opened it and put a heatsink, it improved a little, it dropped to 74°C, but it always goes up. Not even underclock solves

Not sure what you mean with repeater setup, you have to give some more details.
After coming from stock it is important to do a a full reset and put settings in manually never restore from a backup.

I think you forgot to attach a screenshot in your post.
Can you "ping 8.8.8.8"? How about 'ping www.google.com'?
Did you customize your DNS settings in Setup->Basic Setup->DHCP and Services->DNSmasq?
Did you specify NTP server domain name in Setup->NTP Client Settings?
Maybe a factory reset would do? It's quite a major build change from 49139 to 50963, and I barely remember that DNSmasq was changed in-between.
But if you had no time, falling back to 49139 could always be an option.
