DDNS Custom URL missing

My DDNS service isn't working anymore, although I am not sure which build changed this as I haven't been auditing it after every build update.

Looking into it, I see that the "Custom" configuration options have changed and now don't show the URL field. I tried using the new "Path" field in place of the URL field but that doesn't seem to resolve with my dns host (namecheap) as I get an error "Failed resolving hostname ddns: Name does not resolve".

I have tried searching and couldn't find any information on the changes to the options.
Does anyone have an idea what I'm missing?

I have attached screenshots of the original and current configuration options to help illustrate the difference.
