Hello,

I flashed my UAP-AC-M to r50500 so far so good.

I want to share a 801.2q VLAN trunk between my Archer C7 and this single Port Unifi UAP-AC-M.

But I experienced that first there is no "Switch Config" menu section which is obviously because the device just has one LAN Port.

"swconfig list" shows no result

But is it then possible to make VLANs on this Unifi device?

what does the menu VLAN Tagging in the networking section do?

Thanks for your help

You've already answered your own question. A "which swconfig" would reveal presence of the utility; if it exists, "swconfig list" would reveal if the switch/ethernet port supports use of the utility or VLANs. It could be a long-standing "issue" that needs to be fixed, but you may not need to configure VLANs at all on the AP...

In my concept I would need VLANs on my APs, I want to distribute several Vlans over a set of APs.

Is there no other possibility to somehow trunk this LAN Port?

What does the VLAN Tagging option in the Networking Tab do?
