Welcome to Atheros r50786 beta release thread for reporting, feedback to developers and community benefit.
Please do not flash builds until installation is understood, risks involved and device specificrecovery methods.
Avoid discussions, create threads for questions, general problems or use search; this thread is not for support.
Please list router model & revision, operating & wireless mode(s) and exact filename/firmware image flashed.
Issues, observations, and/or workarounds reported:
• WebUI: Clear history or use a portable. Temporary cache bypass: Ctrl+F5, Cmd+Shift+R or new private window/incognito.
• Please report findings with steps needed to reproduce, configuration, clients, output, logs and important information below!
Important:
• Detail issues & relevant configs, logs: syslog klog 'dmesg' 'cat /tmp/var/log/messages' nvram set console_debug=1, serial.
• Firewall NAT: 'iptables -vnL' 'iptables -t nat -vnL' 'iptables -t mangle -vnL' & 'cat /tmp/.ipt'. Misc: stracetcpdumpwireshark.
• Gremlins: reboot. cold boot. Reset & reconfigure not restore backup. Search Trac & discuss in forum before opening tickets.
• Include operating & wireless modes (e.g. Gateway, Router, AP, SB, WDS, Mesh) and applicable configurations to reproduce.
Status: Up and running for 1 hour, basic setup as Gateway, static leases, port forwarding DDNS, WOL 2,4GHz, VAP for IoT, 5Ghz (Vanilla Firmware, Disabled Airtime),
On demand governor with minimum 800 MHz

Errors: Cosmetic - Selecting wlan2 (60GHz) on info page returns incorrect selected interface on update in dropdown, the stats are for wlan2 but the int listed is wlan0
Errors: Not Sure i can get DNS-Omatic updates working right with new config. the best i was able to configure logs the following

Nov 2 08:32:15 user.notice inadyn[4239]: Update forced for alias all.dnsomatic.com, new IP# sanitized

But it never proceeds to log a success or failure as in previous. I have attached my previous config, maybe i have my settings wrong if anyone wants to chime n on what new should be.
for new config i selected use SSL

It MAY be working correctly, but in previous it woul actually say "IP updated Succcessfully" or IP update failed" or something to the effect of No change, IP not updated.
Seems like its either hanging or not looging results
