You are posting in the wrong thread because you are using an older dd-wrt version.
And the bugs you posted are fixed in the current version.

So update to the current version and if problems persist post again.

Your configuration is wrong, Path= is not the path to your configuration file

but the URL path

example.com/update?domains=

But this is not so important because you can choose "dynu systems" as provider.
