Would a high voltage electric charge be sent over Ethernet cable and can that fry/electrocute a machine (PC, laptop, router, switch, etc)? Would such a charge fry/electrocute a passive fiber tap device?

Would it simply require connecting specific Ethernet cable pinouts to wall power outlet?

Electrocution is the wrong word. This happens to a living organism be it a person or animal, like it could happen to you if you try this, so not recommended.

But yes you can fry any system given enough power through any connected cables, since you have to ask, you shouldn't do it, and if you do it, it wont be because you found out how-to from our community. So please dont ask again.
