Hi, I am new to this firmware. I checked in the list of supported Routers and went and purchased this one today. I then installed the suggested firmware factory-to-ddwrt-eu.bin .
I started the Router and everything looks good.
This router will never to near the internet. All I want it to do is when a client connects to Wireless , It should redirect to my Server on a PC. The PC address is 192.168.1.100 , the router is 192,168.1.1, the device I tried using is 192.168.1.103.
So in the Setup I put in on the destination 192.168.1.100
Port is 81
and Source network 192.168.1.0
So after the client connects to the network and opens up Chrome on their mobile device, I have had is sometimes doing nothing, other times connecting to the router info page which is port 80.
If I type in the browser 192.168.1.100:81 , it goes perfectly to my website page. The reason why I wanted this system was not have have the client type in an IP address. I wanted it to automatically go to that website.
Any help, suggestions would really be appreciated.
You have the option of using HTTP Redirect, WiFiDog, NoCatSplash, HotSpotSystem, or CoovaChilli/Chillispot. One of the first two/three should work for your needs if this is a local, non-internet aware device. _________________ "The woods are lovely, dark and deep,

I Loaded the version you sent me the link to, reset EVERYTHING, entered now password, gave the Wifi a password. Rebooted. My pc is connected to 192.168.1.88 and the router is 192.168.1.1, I connected to the router using my phone 192.168.1.217
Desination Ip is 192.168.1.88 and it is running a server on port 80, tested with the phone.
Port 80
Source 192.168.1.0
I connected to that router via Wifi put the password in,
Then went to Chrome and typed in anything, came back and said it could not find Google.com
It should have redirected to 192.168.1.88:80
I have a feeling this feature does not work and I wasted my money buying this router
Thanks for your help anyway
The other methods you suggested all require an Internet connection. This router will never have an Internet connection
Captive portals don't speak DNS. Not much of the entire picture given for us to troubleshoot the "problem" you're having. _________________ "The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
