Welcome to Broadcom r49544 beta release thread for reporting, feedback to developers & community benefit.
Please do not flash builds until installation is understood, risks involved and device specificrecovery methods.
Avoid discussions, create threads for questions, general problems or use search; this thread is not for support.
Please list router model & revision, operating & wireless mode(s) and exact filename/firmware image flashed.
Issues, observations, and/or workarounds reported:
• WebUI: Clear history or use a portable. Temporary cache bypass: Ctrl+F5, Cmd+Shift+R or new private window/incognito.
• DNScrypt 1.95 can still be used in WebUIbut v2 (not compatible) requires Golang and thus Entware. See Trac ticket #6246.
• WDS does not work on Broadcom ARM devices (only MIPS<->MIPS) & bridge modes on k4.4 devices may sometimes work
in some configurations for certain builds but are not supported by the bcmdhd driver. Try client or repeater modes, but YMMV.
• VAPs not working at bootare fixed, both unbridged (r40634) and bridged (r47822). Please test, removestartup commands.
• If startup scripts do not work from USB add delay (wait script), sleep 25 or try Administration -> Commands -> Save USB.
• Broadcom ARM devices if 5 GHz channels are missingvia Telnet/SSH: 'nvram set brcm_unlock=1' 'nvram commit' 'reboot'.
• Please report findings with steps needed to reproduce, configuration, clients, output, logs and important information below!
Important:
• Detail issues & relevant configs, logs: syslog klog 'dmesg' 'cat /tmp/var/log/messages' nvram set console_debug=1, serial.
• Firewall NAT: 'iptables -vnL' 'iptables -t nat -vnL' 'iptables -t mangle -vnL' & 'cat /tmp/.ipt'. Misc: stracetcpdumpwireshark.
• Gremlins: reboot. cold boot. Reset & reconfigure not restore backup. Search Trac & discuss in forum before opening tickets.
• Include operating & wireless modes (e.g. Gateway, Router, AP, CB, WDS, Mesh) and applicable configurations to reproduce.

You could try 07-09-2022-r49467 for me it was the last good build before the bandwidth and throughput started falling off. I'm not sure what changed between builds. A lot I'm guessing. Something in here:

You are posting in the wrong forum
See the forum guidelines with helpful pointers about how to research your router, where and what firmware to download, where and how to post and many other helpful tips:
https://forum.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=324087
Edit: I did a quick test and cannot confirm your findings , test done wired LAN<>WAN throughput measured with iperf, SFE off
could not get ipv4 test to pass on ipv6 test site https://ipv6-test.com initially. Redownloaded file and flashed the firmware again and we are working.
No, it's not identical hardware. The R8000P has the the BCM4906 1.8GHz CPU with BCM4365E wifi chips, whereas the R8000 has the BCM4709A0 1GHz CPU with BCM43602 wifi chips. Flashing firmware intended for one router to another that doesn't have proper support is not advised.
Pretty sure the mods are going to split this commentary out of this thread. It would surprise me if it didn't happen <chuckle>. _________________ "The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
