I've tried many things over quite some time and cant seem to get it working right.

I have an ASUS RT-AC66U that I am trying to configure 2 networks with a few wifi ssids on.

Net 1: Management IP (WAN Port), with 2 Management Wireless SSIDs (1 for 2.4GHz, 1 for 5GHz, prefer to keep separate due to compatibility with other devices.)
Net 2: Production Bridge (4 Ethernet), with 2 Production Wireless SSIDs (1 for 2.4GHz, 1 for 5GHz, prefer to keep separate due to compatibility with other devices.)

I was configuring it so that the WAN port is connected to a untagged VLAN on my switch, and 1 of the LAN ports is connected to the other untagged VLAN on the switch. Each network has its own DHCP server running on other devices.

I figured I could create 2 bridges, and assign things appropriately.

For the management bridge, I assigned the wan port, and the 2 default wireless networks. The IP config comes from the IP set in the main Setup page.

For the production bridge, I assigned the lan ports, and created 2 VAPs, then assigned the 2 VAPs. I assigned an IP via the bridge config on the networking page.

I also setup the routing table to point the correct network addresses to the correct bridge.

After setting this up, the management config appears to work. I can connect devices to either of the management wifi networks, but the production bridge devices fail to connect.

Does anyone have an idea that could help?

You forgot to mention your build.

Current build is 49081
See: https://forum.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=324087
If you come from an older build you should reset to defaults *after* upgrade and put settings in manually, never restroe from a backup (to a different build that is)

Attached my notes how I setup VAP's and Bridges.
When using a bridge (see the Bridge method) you can attach VLAN's the same way as you attach VAP's
Maybe it is useful.

You do not need to "setup the routing table to point the correct network addresses to the correct bridge".
