Already reported by tatsuya46, confirmed by others, fixed by BrainSlayer, so here are some workarounds.

Forum search 'nvram backup cli' & 'nvram backup command' search for all terms, display results as posts.

Router: TP Link WR1043ND Ver.2 WDS Station
"older build"

Busy day today so it WILL be tested

UPDATE: Wireless on my ea8500 station kept dropping with different WiFi dongles unable to connect at all. Rebooted at least once. Wired connections seem unaffected. Rolled back this station to r48971 and its all working again. Can`t just blame this build just yet as I`m slowly tweeking my settings and my AP seems unaffected with no reboots. Wireless is working there but still painfully slow.

x10/r900
no reset
up 24hrs

Router just randomly dropped an active connection in a teams meeting. system immediately reconnected. This is a machine listing signal strength as 100% a few feet from router. The logging looks like normal stuff below to me nothing standing out. 6 minutes prior NTP updated

If NTP updates some services restart, and then stuff like this happens, maybe that was it.

Current build you have GUI option to change the interval, anything more than 1 hour is better to prevent this kind of nonsense.

I have 3 days interval but I also flash a lot of dev builds so it doesnt apply since on reboot, ntp updates.

@the-joker Thanks. Mine is still set to the 1 hr default, seems a bit agressive time in my env only seems to go out of sync only after power events when router runs some time on UPS battery (wish i knew why it caused my computer clocks to run fast).

I'll change it to 4 hrs (14400), which is mmore reasonable
