I have installed the latest version from the router database (DD-WRT v3.0-r44715 std 11/03/20) and it's all up and running. However whenever I change something and click Apply Settings the wireless network comes back but I get a strange IP (something like 192.168.152.*) and no connectivity.

This is resolved by turning the router off by the physical switch and it comes back up with the new settings and all working.

I can't seem to find others with this problem and I don't think I have add this problem before. I am using a new install flashed from the factory firmware.

It would be great if there was quick fix, or is it worth flashing the webupgrade or a beta?

Unfortunately 44715 is an old and no longer supported build.

See the forum guidelines with helpful pointers about how to research your router, where and what firmware to download, where and how to post and many other helpful tips:

Many thanks for your reply, I have now seen the "!!!! DO NOT USE THE ROUTER DATABASE !!!!" in red the FAQ. Thanks for the link and I'm off to do a lot of reading!
