i need a CFE.BIN for my brick BCM4712KPB (CGN10D902481)
i've saved it but it's corrupt

i make some search and i think my product is : WRT54GS V1.0
because the serial begin by CGN1 ( https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/WRT54G#WRT54GS )
like here : http://lonewolf.hacker-nin.com/wrt/cfe/id.html
i use the generator, and make the CFE.bin
i download it, and use "imgtool_nvram" and the mac adress is not the same that i type in the web-generator
no problem, i use a hex-editor and change the mac adress
i verify a second time, it's ok
i flash the CFE.
wrt54g -flash:cfe /noreset /noemw /nocwd
the flash is ok in 587sec
i unplug the brick (off), and i disconnect the jtag plug
i plug (on) the unit, wait 5min, but no ping
i make the flash another time
wrt54g -erase:nvram
wrt54g -erase:kernel
wrt54g -flash:cfe /noreset /noemw /nocwd
same result no ping but falsh successful
my brick has a serial of a v1.0 unit, but the sticker :
model WRT54GS
FCC ID WRT54GV2
can i try a cfe of a wrt54G V2 without speedbooster
i don't need speedbooster
any idea????

Here you go....both cfes.
I think you have a 54GSv1...but....who know?
And both of these files have MAC addresses that are no longer used...my Gv2 and GSv1 are LOOOOOONG gone.

Most likely yours is a WRT54GS v1.0 ...the one bugger I never owned 
WRT54GSv2 ...still running after many years w/WDS link to the shop.
WRT54GSv2...still worky but just collecting dust.
