[SOLVED-OUTAGE] unable to download any firmware

I can't login to https://download1.dd-wrt.com/dd-wrtv2/downloads/betas/2022/ ,is the server down or something? I am able to login here just fine.

Server never went down that I am aware of. FTP site would not be available if it went down. Probably a local issue to the OP, as usual.

EDIT: It seems the entire server must've gone down at some point for maintenance or it was another issue. There is an unofficial mirror for downloads that was never adopted by the community at large.

svn.dd-wrt.com did indeed go offline yesterday afternoon Hong Kong time. It's back on now.

It did go down today decix had an outage, one of dd-wrt/newmedia whatever own systems failed in a disaster condition. a 10g switch failed first. but the rest seem to be harmed too.

All back to normal though, at least on the surface.
