the right way to change the ddwrt GUI http or https microserver port, to something other than 80 or 443
login over telnet or ssh and issue these commands
nvram set http_lanport=8083 <---- Or whatever port you want
nvram commit
reboot
Then access your router via
http://routeripaddress:8083
same for https, 443
just the access is https://routeripaddress:443 or what ever port you changed to....
and nvram command is:
nvram set https_lanport= _________________ Atheros
