If you want to assign one (or more) of the LAN ports to the same subnet as one of your APs/VAPs, then you need to create a new VLAN (e.g., vlan3), move the port(s) to the new VLAN from the existing default VLAN (usually vlan1), then assign both the AP/VAP and new VLAN to a new bridge (e.g., br1). Now you reference the new bridge for the purpose of creating a DHCP server, creating firewall rules, etc., rather than its individual components (i.e., the AP/VAP and/or VLAN assigned to the bridge).
Thanks for the super fast answer. I tried it already, but I cannot connect to the wifi. Tried it also without WPA2 encryption, but it seems the DHCP did not work.
What I've done
1. assign Port4 to vlan 4
2. change VAP xyz to bridged mode
3. create br1 and assign ip subnet
4. assign vlan 4 and VAP xyz to br1
5. add DHCP for br1
Result is I cannot connect. Even the WPA2 pass is accepted it seems, usually I expect to see something like "get ip addr" on my mobile, but it just won't let me in.
Do you have a recommendation for a good router which can do this? Actually I am running a Broadcom model (TP-Link Archer C9 v1)

This general forum is indeed not the recommended forum to post these question e.g. see the Second Announcement in that forum : STOP!-READ FIRST: This area is NOT for router help! READ!
No problem as I will transfer this thread for you
We can only give optimal assistance if you do not only tells us the router model but also the build number you are using.
