I have the Netgear WNR3500L v2. Actually it stay on DD-WRT v3.0-r47942 giga (12/30/21), Linux 4.4.297 #13352 Thu Dec 30 10:57:25 +07 2021 mips. That build make big utilisation of device storage. Currently I have 600 mbit/s internet connection. When I'm make speedtest I have 500 - 530 mbit/s, but never 600. When I'm establish connection directly with ISP modem I have 620 - 630 mbit. I know the WNR3500L v2 is low end router and I have in plan to change software on it. I'm found other (smaller) images on DD-WRT server. Example:
dd-wrt.v24-47942_NEWD-2_K3.x_mega-WNR3500Lv2.chk (small K3X build) and similar based on K26. It's correct for my device and router will be bootable after flash. I have usb <-> ttl cord and I want to use this flash method. Earlier I have hints from DDWRT providers about use only standard giga builds. Actually this smaller builds is correct for WNR3500L v2 ? Otherwise I'm go to FreshTomato and then test performance.

Thank You for your reply. I will test build from JAN 6 2022 tomorrow. I'm found other image too: 0:/betas/2022/01-06-2022-r47976/broadcom_K3X_mipsel32r1/dd-wrt.v24-47976_NEWD-2_K3.x_mega.bin It's correct for WNR3500L v2 ? Anyway I want test it. Actually stay on stock and internet speed is good, but Netgear brand haven't new OFW for this model and secure of using that is poor. During test I can provide startlogs after flash. I'm sure - small builds from DEC 30 2021 and earlier provoke bootloop and I must to choose other builds.

The broadcom_K3X_mipsel32r1 directory is not for your router; it's for older MIPSR1 devices. You will brick your router if you flash those.

Correction: You may or may not brick.
Quote:
mipsr1 boots also on mipsr2. but it all depends how the image is configured (nand, spi flash etc)

Today I'm tested this smaller images that teoretically correct for my device. I'm skip to this from stock firmware. With stock firmware I can download with 630 mbit/s. I'm decide to test image: /betas/2022/01-06-2022-r47976/broadcom_K3X/dd-wrt.v24-47976_NEWD-2_K3.x_mega-WNR3500Lv2.chk and router have bootloop. On mipsel build situation is similar. I'm establish serial connection and I have startlog. You can skip to this bug track ticket: https://svn.dd-wrt.com/ticket/7518

Closed that ticket as a duplicate because you felt the need to open a new one: https://svn.dd-wrt.com/ticket/7523

I don't know why you think that opening multiple tickets about the same device and the same exact problem will get more attention or get things fixed any faster or whatever your logic is, but *please* keep the issue to one ticket and one forum thread. It is counter-productive and counter-intuitive to have more than one ticket and forum thread to discuss the issue in.
