No please read, the time server field should be empty (third time I am saying this Sad )

And you don't need any static DNS entries or local DNS filled in for this to work.

Thankyou for your help on this.
I understand that you would like me to empty out the ntp time server and DNS fields in the setup panel.
That is where I started on this problem, and it got no better (or worse) by filling them in with values.
The DNS fiels are verified with a 000-255 address in each digit, so blanking them out is not possible from the gui.

I have got something working for myself now.
I added "ntpclient time.google.com" as a startup command, and with 8.8.8.8 in the dns field on the setup panel, dns resolution is working.

Please close this as working... maybe not as designed
