possible to enable/disable Access Policy from command line?

IS there a way to enable or disable pre-created Wan Access Policy from command line?

I found that the mac i setup for the policy gets stored in NVRAM filter_mac_grpxx. I assumed there would also be nvrams entires to enable individual policies, but I can't find it.

Let me re-phrase the question, maybe I was going about it wrong.

Is there a way via the command-line to disable internet access for a particular device? (specified either via MAC or ip address). Thanks.
