I had a second hand R7000 with bad PSU same issue, same behaviour, stock was ok, but DDWRT reboot's on heavy load...than noticed it was not using the original PSU, got the proper PSU problem sorted...now it's running in a busy coffee 24/7 near by one train station Razz ..
funny, still on an old KONG build Razz Razz


Thanks, going to get a new PSU tommorow!!
