Hello,
Just upgraded my firmware to the new version r47720. I try to setup my VPN from IPVanish but when it comes to a reboot all settings of the VPM dissapear and are not saved.
Are there know issues with this new version and VPN (IPVanish in this case)

With those last suggestions VPN worked for me and a connection with internet is possible. It even is a bit quicker then usual.
Are there more settings / suggestions to make the connection as quick as possible even with a VPN connection. That is the only negative of having a VPN Connection.
Thanks! _________________ Greetz,

Great to hear you solved it
The used encryption cipher is outdated the new GCM ciphers are a tad quicker (CHACHAPOLY even quicker) but the increase is small.
Not sure if they support it but you can try the following, but chances are it is not working:
Encryption Cipher: Not set
First Data Cipher: AES-128-GCM
Second Data Cipher: AES-256-GCM
Much quicker is WireGuard (about 3 times faster) also a VPN connection but not sure if that is supported by IPVanish, most providers do support it though.
By supported I mean supported on the router, often they do support it but only with an app and not on the router.
