I have been searching for a while now but I can't seem to get a definitive answer. I am trying to understand the differences between the following network modes in the 5Ghz spectrum :
    Mixed
    NA-Mixed
    AC/N-Mixed

As far as I can tell, they all seem to do the same thing with different labels.

Also, in regards to the 2.4Ghz spectrum, I am assuming the Mixed option is just a mix of B, G and N. If that's is wrong, please let me know.

"mixed" is A / N / AC mixed and no they don't do the same thing
A is the worst standard with 20Mhz and 54Mbit (legacy mode)
N is known with up to 40Mhz and up to 600Mbit (4x4 MIMO)
AC up to 160Mhz and 1733Mbit (2x2 MIMO)

AC/N mixed has no A
and NA-mixed has no AC
