Recently i updated my archer c7 to DD-WRT v3.0-r47692 std (11/28/21), the wifi 5 ghz works fine in all devices except in android phones, after connect to wifi this disconnect it after 1 or two minutes and manually i have to re-join again. Anyone knows what is the possible solution?

A better picture of the environment and circumstances and how to reproduce this issue would be good. Also, your 5GHz wireless settings would likely help us determine if it is a configuration issue or not.

I would try with TKIP disabled.
Known to cause issues.

Had the same issue on an Archer C7 v2.
Used 40MHz bandwidth to solve it.

Did you compare both wlan firmware types on newer builds for 5G ? Try airtime fairness disabled. (not nessesary with good wifi signal on the clients)
In my mind there is a memory telling me that AES encryption is mandatory for n and ac speeds, TKIP does not make sense on n, ac compatible wifi receivers, this applies to 2.4G and 5G .

Set RTS/CTS to none and disable RTS threshold, per the wiki. You are using Client mode recommended settings for an AP.

Choose Firmware Type: VANILLA instead of DDWRT

It may not be related to channel selection; Do you have Shortcut Forwarding Engine enabled?

Then the only other options to test is disabling airtime fairness or using vanilla isntead of dd-wrt for wireless firmware selection. Of course, you should be doing your speedtesting via wired ethernet, because wireless is not full duplex and catch-22.
