Just sent an update. I haven't looked at the kernel code to see if it is in fact the rndis_host driver module at fault, but that is my best guess ATM. Hopefully, BrainSlayer will respond at some point, but he has been busy.

It's working. I had to change a few settings. First I upgraded to DD-WRT v3.0-r47720 std (12/02/21). It finally registered as eth7 so I switch the wan port to that. Clicked shortcut forwarding engine. Also had to set my static dns's as 0's. Sadly my vpn doesn't work but that may be on the verizon side. I left connection type as automatic dhcp. I also unchecked ignore wan dns. So far so good. If it stops I'll post an update. Going to see how it plays out over the weekend. Thank you very much for the help.

I'm sure you meant 47745, but glad it is working.

Interesting. The commits I posted above weren't in 47720; what version were you on before? Did you clear cache / CTRL+F5?

I just saw the dec 4th build. I'm gonna let this build ride for a bit to see how it fairs.

So literally, there was nothing that may have needed to be done. I guess I should've prompted upgrades along the way, or not. Just glad it's working, but you will want to upgrade and test to see if those commits adversely affect anything.

I agree about the upgrades. I hate to upgrade during the week due to my wife working from home. I'll do an update tomorrow and post what happens bad or good.

Well, for some reason the usb stick keeps changing it's ip address so I keep losing internet. I updated to the latest build with no change. I feel like I'm missing something here.
