Hello friends. This is my first post in this forum. And I don't know this is the right place or not to post this. But I hope I will get a better suggestion from you. For a couple of days, I am suffering from an issue with my computer's ethernet port; after starting the PC, the ethernet doesn't work properly. I don't know why it stops working. can anyone provide any suggestions in this regard?

Welcome to DD-WRT
You dont mention the OS type and version this is somewhat important because depending ON specific OS there may be things to try that are no strictly compatible instructions wise.
Also motherboard type/version would help in order to ID the specific vendor for such HW.
There are things to try, Windows side you can try upgrading the drivers for the port, also a network reset may help and not from the motherboard brand vendor as these drivers usually outdated, I recommend using intel site if this is an intel adapter and so on.
Don't install any software to try solve this issue some less desirable website will prompt you to install their fix it all problems magic tool, this is more often than not a way install malware.

You can also check/replace the Ethernet cable (bad connection, dirty/rust, broken tab, etc.). Sometimes you can connect the cable coming to your router to your computer, so you can discard where is/isn't the failre. _________________ If you want support, please read first the announcements and forum rules.

Thanks for replying. My computer's ethernet port is "Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller". But, already I figure out the issue after finding this article on Google today. Ethernet ports or networks cables are all ok. But the problem was with my wi-fi. After disabling it fixes the problem. But I did not know that this could be the cause of the problem.

Yep, both WiFi and Ethernet on at same time causes clashes with default configs.
In the end, none of us would have guessed what the issue was really because the information provided was insufficient to reach any such conclusion, not all machines have WiFi + Ethernet. For non router questions try to include your PC/Laptop details, like specs or a link to which machine you have, if you dont feel like typing it all out.
