I have this router about 4 years now loaded with dd-wrt.
Do not know if i have version 1 or 2.

Want to reset it back to stock.

I am a novice but can do a simple web flash or such basic instructions. Thats how i loaded dd-wrt

any suggestions

Ok this is what i understand to reset my linksys 3200 ACM to factory:

In dd-wrt
Administration
Factory Dedault
Erase NVRAM
Reboot

Correct ?

I did the very same thing you are trying to do. This is my thread where I asked for help. I can not help you any further than that. As you will see, I was confused as heck myself.

You're wanting to flash back to stock firmware, correct? Download the firmware from Linksys, and flash it via DD-WRT webUI.

If you're just wanting to do a reset, either do it via webUI on the Administration -> Factory defaults page or a ~10-second push of the reset button. I don't know what is so confusing here.

I understand where you are coming from. But it really is that easy. Go to the Linksys page and get the latest firmware. Version 1 I think it is. Download that to your computer. Now go to the dd-wrt dashboard and upgrade your firmware. I did it and was scared to death about making a nice little brick. Worked for me. Reread my thread.
