I try to flash a Sitecom WL342 V2 with DD-WRT.
First asks the router for extension .dlf instead of .bin When I change the extension in .dlf and I proceed, after 30 seconds comes the message 'header check error' Who knows a solution?

Did you read the instructions? See GraveR's post in the device thread. You have to tftp the file via serial for the initial flash. You can't flash this via stock firmware webUI.

You will need to add the serial header per his previous post on page 4.

In the router database there is a DD-WRT Recovery image and a DD-WRT Webupgrade. I wonder why the webupgrade doesn't work. So I understand, that I have to use the Image Recovery, or not?

The webupgrade file is for upgrading after DD-WRT is installed. The instructions I linked are on the router database page for this device...
