If you haven't killed the stock firmware off one partition, just do the power cycle trick and then the reset button... not sure what configurations you've changed that would even "brick" it. _________________ "Life is but a fleeting moment, a vapor that vanishes quickly; All is vanity"

Tried that too. I just disabled one of the wifi transmitters, and it killed the router.
From the factory firmware, I loaded factory-to-ddwrt.bin. Then, I loaded ddwrt-linksys-wrt3200acm-webflash.bin. These two loads likely covered both sides with ddwrt.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the router.
Hold down the Reset button.
While holding down the Reset button, plug back in the power cord to the router.
Continue to hold the Reset button for five (5) seconds. After five (5) seconds, release the button.
Wait for about one (1) minute. Then, on a computer connected to the router, launch a web browser (for example, Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox).
Type in the router's IP address of http://192.168.1.1 into the Address field and press the [Enter] key.
The Management Mode - Firmware Upgrade interface should
appear.
If it's not completely bricked then this will return the router back to Linksys Firmware. I had similar issues back in the day with wrt3200acm, and this method worked.

Don't do a 30/30/30 on a Linksys/Marvell router. Supposedly it's a good way to brick the router, though I have no personal experience.
And don't install ancient builds. The router database is not maintained. See recent new-build threads in the appropriate forum instead. _________________ 2x Netgear XR500 and 3x Linksys WRT1900ACSv2 on 53544: VLANs, VAPs, NAS, station mode, OpenVPN client (AirVPN), wireguard server (AirVPN port forward) and clients (AzireVPN, AirVPN, private), 3 DNSCrypt providers via VPN.
Interesting about the 30-30-30 reset and Marvel hardware. The "Recover from a bad flash" link above doesn't provide any caution. I also tried the power switch method describe by linksys.
Devices like the Netgear R9000 for example do allow TFTP, but others that are pretty bare-metal require similar approaches.
I'd be very wary of the cables you get too, there's some cheap stuff out there that may not work. _________________ Router: Linksys WRT3200ACM WLAN0 and 1 have same SSID

I'm amazed you bricked that router. I've beat the crud out of mine, "bricked" it mutable times, and the Power off/on 3 time trick has always reverted to the alternate bank. Now if you have disturbed both banks for some reason with bad flashes, I can see that as a bad day. I consider the wrt3200acm to be bulletproof, for I've bricked many brands, many models, many times.
