Hello, i spent a lot of nights with testing various firmwares but i still not have a solution. Now i various times reverted it back to stock firmware and on stock i always have about DOWNLOAD Mbps:500; UPLOAD Mbps:350 on LAN cable. But as soon as i flashing it to DD-WRT it becomes about this: DOWNLOAD Mbps 87.35 UPLOAD Mbps 82.52. Seems like Gigabit LAN is not working anymore. With Wifi there is similar situation. Does anybody have any idea what is limiting it? Im not very familiar with this all settings in DD-WRT interface, things but i think i tried everything. Also LAN cable problem what i readed in another post is not this case. Currently im on firmware v3.0-r44715 since i found it best to it work properly at all. Can anybody help me please?
And turn Shorcut Forwarding Engine on on the main setup page.
Ok, thank you very much! Seems like that helped. Now Download is 309 and upload 208, which is not bad. But with wireguard turned on Download is still same 63 and Upload 66. Why still so poor performance on wireguard? It's not a server or network issues, when i connect my laptop to same wireguard server directly (bypass Archer c7) it still give amazing speeds, even more than current 309/208 what i have on Archer c7 without wireguard. Is there exist any way to tweak it up somehow?

I guess you're not a hardware person. You're expecting a single-core MIPS @750MHz with 128MB of DDR3 RAM to magically perform like a laptop or desktop PC. That's not how it works, that's not how any of it works... _________________ "Life is but a fleeting moment, a vapor that vanishes quickly; All is vanity"

yes you are right, but i learning fast. so i guess i need some another router for this? is there any recommendations? My current setup is fiber optic cable with original modem from telephone company and to it i'm connecting my Archer c7 v5. Only reason why i have bought that Archer is to have all my home devices working under secure Wireguard network. But yes my fault was i readed only digits what it can perform as stock and there was nothing said about Wireguard performance. So what is best option for me now?
may be something like this? EdgeRouter Lite 3
