Hello All,

This is my first post on this forum. I have a netgear AC1450 router that flsahed dd-wrt and I forgot the password to login to web UI.

Tried doing the reset but nothing happened.

not sure what options I have at this point.

Please guide me in this regard.

first, welcome to the forum !
second, read the forum guidelines
third, this post belongs to another branch, Broadcom routers
forth, all netgears have TFTP recovery ask google 'netgear TFTP'
fifth, always start with router model/current DDWRT firmware number on it...it helps a lot

When you first got into the webUI, did you change the username (top entry box) or did you leave it alone? Username is always root, unless changed. And it definitely depends on which build you flashed if the reset button is working properly or not; should only require 7-10 second press of the reset button to clear the nvram.
