Hi forum,
i have a TP-Link Archer C7 v4 with dd-wrt v44715 and the wifi speed never reach more than 80~90 mbps for internet connections.
I reverted to the stock firmware and tested it with Fast.com and reaches 300Mbps. Then installed again v44715 but could not reach more than 90mbps with the default values. Tried to use different Wifi channels but speed not improve.
Do you know if is any setting i can do to reach the total bandwidth of the modem?
Thanks in advance

UPDATE: I tried with cable too and have the same issue. Is not only a Wifi problem.

Upgraded to the latest firmware and setted according the guides you sent but still under 100Mbps.
Changed to openWRT and works fine but the idea is to keep dd-wrt.
Is possible the firmware has a limit in the WAN?

This device is definitely capable of ~300Mbit/s throughput. It could be that the default buffer sizes in DD-WRT differ from stock and OpenWRT (the stock firmware is based on OpenWRT) or there is something else that is limiting it, including user configuration. If I recall correctly, the stock firmware is Linux 3.3.x and DD-WRT is using 3.18.140.x and OpenWRT 19.x.x is using 4.14.x. There really is no granular method to resolve this outside of starting with a default configuration of DD-WRT and work from there until you figure out what breaks it. I would suggest leaving uPnP off / disabling it as well as disabling ttraff under "Services". Without your DD-WRT configuration details, we can only make semi-educated guesses as to what the problem is.

I presume QOS is off. Try to enable SFE.

It would help if you put the configuration you have or screenshots of setup, wireles and services
