Hey guys, I'm looking at getting standard dd-wrt running on this device. By default it looks like it's running some version of dd-wrt but it has some stability issues. Chips on the motherboard are
MT7621AT
MT7612EN
MT7603EN
Looks like the netgear r6220 build should work. I just need to figure out how to flash it.
Let me know if you need any other information.

It has a VoIP port, not compatible, never will be officially ported or supported.

But you had to PM me, anyway.

I see you locked my post, I don't need voip support and this router has a non voip version with the same hardware. I'm sure with very little effort somebody could help me get a vanilla build running. Especially since it's running a DD-WRT modified build.

We have *dozens* of unofficially supported device threads lingering around the forum and people will eventually want to know how to de-brick or upgrade to a more recent release; Since the primary model has an RJ-11 VoIP phone jack, it is not compatible with this firmware and will not be officially supported.

I have no idea if the stock firmware is a licensed port or not; but the thing is, if it is a modified version of DD-WRT, IAW the GPL, they must publish their source code. I found their firmware download site and the screenshots look very telling. But, I will unlock this thread for now and contact the developer.
