Setting up Network Routes DDWRT -> pfSense

My current configuration is end device -> unmanaged switch -> ddwrt router -> network tap -> pfsense -> modem.

The LAN IP of my DDWRT is set to 192.168.2.1 and the WAN IP is set to 192.168.1.2 (which is set as a static lease on pfsense) and the lan of pfsense is 192.168.1.1.

Where in the setup on ddwrt am I messing up? I am able to ping 192.168.2.1 and 192.168.1.2, but I can't seem to ping or tracert to 192.168.1.1 (lan of pfsense)

What build? Which router?

To get the best out of DDWRT and the forum read the forum guidelines with helpful pointers:

If you reset the DDWRT router and only alters its ip address from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.2.1
you should be good.

In normal default configuration a router can reach anything upstream (not the other way around)
