This is a well-discussed topic all over this forum. Please read and review the following:

NOTE:
  • The firmware FAQ wiki needs some updating on recommended routers
    (Buffalo WZR-1750DHP is no longer available in most areas, and it's Broadcom).
  • Broadcom-based routers in general are Caveat Emptor and you should likely avoid them unless you understand the risks involved.
