Using the older “stable” build, r44048,with iOS devices, is there a way to mute or otherwise stop these log messages. I have the iOS Private Address WiFi feature turned off for these addresses, so using the “real” address, but still get the warning that it should be the private address.

I think this is an Apple issue. They should have a flag called "trusted network" or something that will stop this foolish stuff they are doing on the Mac address.
Yes, you can turn it off, but it turns back on by default on any little change and causes more issues than it solves. I get on a public or larger network you can be tracked by your Mac, but this option really needs to be more thought out.
I'll also add, technically DD Wrt is not wrong reporting this error and warning about it.
