Linux 3.18.140-d6 #116992 Fri May 28 05:52:37 +07 2021 mips
GUI install over r46779
good

Linksys EA8500
DD-WRT v3.0-r46788 std (05/28/21)
Linux 4.9.269 #207 SMP Thu May 27 15:18:19 +07 2021 armv7l
good

main gateway router has:
DD-WRT v3.0-r46788 std (05/27/21)
Linux 4.9.269 #205 SMP Thu May 27 12:30:50 +07 2021 armv7l
she is worky great --- up 23:05 --- so I will leave her alone Twisted Evil

---
EDIT: alright then ---
I put this on main gateway EA8500 cause the previous r46788 would:
CPUs hang at 100% after upload several files to its USB via samba. Rolling Eyes
After GUI installing this r46788 public release I uloaded a couple GBs and
she is all good showing CPUs going back to normal.

since I have previous r46788 listed as recommened on the EA8500 install webpage
I will change it to this public release

AND just so you know the r46788 public release has sha256sum =

well shitdarn I thought we was all good but I reckon the silly ath10k:
firmware ver 10.4-ddwrt-9980-tW-13-6144M api 5 features mfp,peer-flow-ctrl,allows-mesh-bcast,peer-fixed-rate crc32 5506e25d

went to some far away place after 1 day little over 8hrs --- the 2.4 ... NO broadcast --NO nothing.
My 3 chromecast, couple desktops, & couple tablets all on 2.4 just went to shit, dead in the water.
Evil or Very Mad
The 5GHz was perfectly fine and doing what she is supposed to.
Anyways I switched both radios to the 'VANILLA' firmware and 2.4 came alive so we will see how she does after day or so.

bit of dmesg:

Router/Version: Netgear R7800
File/Kernel: DD-WRT v3.0-r46788 std (05/28/21)
Previous/Reset: r46772/cli erase nvram
Mode/Status: Operational
Issues/Errors: Vanilla firmware for both radios
Uptime: about 30 hours

Had to switch to vanilla firmware to get my wireless-N clients to have reasonable download speeds. N on 2.4Ghz would yield less than 10Mbps down - N on 5Ghz wasn't much better. The AC clients seem happy with on 5Ghz radio with vanilla.
